Reviewing The Constitution in Exile

My review of The Constitution in Exile by Andrew Napolitano is up at BlogCritics. Overall I enjoyed the book, though I found it sort of tapered off at the end. It seemed like he ended up going into more of a rant as he talked about the Patriot Act, and then ran out of energy in his conclusion. I think over all it was still a worthwhile read, but be prepared... especially if you're not a civil libertarian. There are few people would take the views towards natural rights that he does, no matter which side of the aisle you sit.
