One More Reason John McCain Should Never Be President

You know a person has been in government too long when they say stuff like this and don't even think twice about it:

He [Michael Graham] also mentioned my abridgement of First Amendment rights, i.e. talking about campaign finance reform....I know that money corrupts....I would rather have a clean government than one where quote First Amendment rights are being respected, that has become corrupt. If I had my choice, I'd rather have the clean government.

Could someone clue this supposed Republican in? You get clean government because of the 1^st Amendment, not in spite of it. Via Protein Wisdom.
