There's nothing like restarting a core strength training regiment to remind you of all the muscles that you've forgotten. I can't even stand with my back straight without feeling my ab muscles hurt. I won't even go into what hurts when I put on a jacket. And I thought that starting back on the bike was gonna be bad. That was nothing compared to this.
