Why Do We Need Earmark Reform?

Getting food stamps in the State of Virginia... 18 pages of forms.

Joining the Cub Scouts... 7 pages of forms.

Applying for a Social Security card... 5 pages of forms.

Applying for a multi-million dollar earmark from a certain Alaskan Senator... 3 pages of forms.

Knowing that it takes more for a poor person to get food stamps, than it takes for a special interest group to get millions of dollars... priceless.
