If Only They Cared
Bush Knew That Katrina Might Take Out the Levees! It's too bad that Louisiana doesn't have a governor, and New Orleans doesn't have a mayor. If only there were local officials who were concerned about their constituents, that the people of that area could have voted for, to be prepared for these things. If only.
