The British Still Don't Get the DifferenceBest quote out of this NY Times article on the new Iraqi Constitution (H/T to Ann Althouse):
Scores of Britons were later heard to say, "You say tomato..." On a somewhat related note, Instapundit shared a link to a speech by Benjamin Franklin, which he gave at the close of the Constitutional Convention. I'd read the speech before, and it is just amazing (as many of his speeches were). I think it should be required reading for everyone in the Iraqi Parliament:
Dean's World has a pretty good collection of misconceptions about the Iraqi Constitution. Especially those that make the assumption that Iraq will want a similar government to Iran's.
