Who Knew It Was That Simple?
You'd almost think we were doing this already. The only truly egregious part of the four step plan is the Christina Aguilera music... the rest seems fine to me. Don't know what I'm talking about? Click already will yah... it's Protein Wisdom.
Speaking of "monkeys" have you seen this yet?
