Apparently, brain storming is offensive to people with brain disorders (H/T to Tongue Tied):
When asked what it will be called when people are just mulling something, the spokeswoman said that the thought shower will be downgraded to a thought drizzle. During very intense investigations, a thought hurricane could be declared, but those can be dangerous she warned, leading to a flood of bad ideas. The spokeswoman also seemed indignant at suggestions that the new meteorological terms were making her department look all wet.
Did anyone have a "thought shower" about the possibilities to stop and actually ask some people with brain disorders if they thought the term to be offensive? what a load of ....!Post a Comment
