Bumper Stumpers 

The personalized license plate... it's a special driver's hell. Every time I see one I either get it right away because it's so insanely obvious, or I rack my brain until I go nuts because it's so obscure and difficult. I actually remember a game show during the 1980's called Bumper Stumpers... that was the whole point of the game. Anyway... tonight I was driving around and saw the following license plate one a white minivan and I can't figure it out.
