Diversity Rules Just Killed Online Job SearchingAs if finding a job for yourself, or finding qualified applicants wasn't hard enough... New federal rules which just kicked in will make it about 10 times harder:
Check out the article to see the myriad rules you'll have to follow if you want to make sure your application isn't automatically thrown out. You're not allowed to complain though, for this is all in an effort to increase "diversity". How this will actually do anything towards that goal, I have no idea.
