Damned If You Do, Damned If You Don't 

If you sell gas at too high of a price, then you're accused of price gouging, and have to testify before Congress.

If you sell XBox 360's at too low of a price, then you're incompetent, and conspiracy theories run amok. Next thing you know, Microsoft will be accused of predatory business practices.
