Sanity Can PrevailYou may recall a couple months ago, when I wrote about a lawsuit that a high school student and his father were bringing against a local school district for assigning summer reading as homework. According to this story, the suit was just tossed out:
Amazing how sanity prevails from time to time. I was getting worried for a minute.
