Did I Just Say That?Have you ever just had one of those mornings? Allow me to paint the picture. This morning when I was getting ready for work... I went through my typical routine. Shave, shower, brush teeth, put in contacts... then I pulled clothes out of the closet and got dressed. I was fully clothed, sitting on the end of the bed and putting my shoes on. I pulled on the ends of the laces to tie them when all of a sudden... snap. The laces on my nice pair of black shoes broke. Then I looked over at my pair of brown shoes with intact laces and said to myself, "Great, now I have to change because this doesn't go with those shoes." Then, after I changed into something that matched my other shoes, I had to search for my testicles. It goes without saying that I was late to work this morning.
A large advantage of working for a health club - even if I work in their office....

Black workout shorts, a company logo'ed fleece pullover ( or company polo shirt), and athletic shoes are completly acceptable attire, should you not feel like business causual that day. In fact, the above is considered the 'uniform'. You just wear business casual on laundry days. |
