Triathlon Update 

Me and my trademark Microsoft jersey will be in Oshkosh Sunday for the TDS Oshkosh Triathlon. They are doing two distances this year. Originally I had thought about doing the Olympic, but my swimming is not up to par yet, so I'll be doing the Sprint. I've got my running distance up a lot this year which I'm really proud of since I'd felt like I hit a wall there. This winter I'll be doing a lot of upper body and swim training so I can put in longer distances next year.
