Pain is Good

Or at least that's what I keep telling myself. I was hobbling around like a cripple by the end of the day. Going down stairs was especially painful after yesterday's run. Yet for some reason I decided to go running again tonight. The weather was even nicer after work today, and it's supposed to rain tomorrow... so how could I not go running?

My legs will be on fire tomorrow... they're already on fire.

I'm about two months away from my first triathlon of the season at Lake Mills, and I'm not in the shape I was hoping to be in at this point. So it's time to feel the burn... feel the pain... and kick it into gear.

Hopefully I won't kill myself.
