Hard to Manage a Server

No Operationg System Detected

So we had to scavage a hard drive from our development server and broke the mirror of the system drive a couple days ago. Today we got a replacement drive and replaced it, and started to resync the mirror. Also, we installed the Dell system utilities so we could keep track of the process. While on that machine, we ran the utility and got the above screen... So if we're running Windows, which is running their software, how exactly could no operating system be detected? What exactly does the software think its running on... a donkey?
